- Asian Network of Training and Research Institutions in Educational Planning is a network of national institutions with a vision to maximize human resources for better education management. KEDI is a member of ANTRIEP among 20 members.
- Association for Development of Education in Africa (ADEA)

- Association for Development of Education in Africa works with critical education issues affecting the African regions. KEDI signed an MOU with ADEA in January of 2010.

- The Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Center for Educational Innovation and Technology aims to promote cooperation among South Asian countries in the areas of education, science, justice, and culture. KEDI has been in collaboration with SEAMEO INNOTECH since 2005 and singed an MOU in 2006.
