Association for Development of Education in Africa works with critical education issues affecting the African regions. KEDI signed an MoU with ADEA in January of 2010.
[Australia] Adult Learning Australia (ALA)

Adult Learning Australia supports the increasing adult and elderly community by providing lifelong learning and continued education opportunities, which ultimately strengthen the social, human, and identity capital of these populations. In 2007, KEDI signed an MoU with ALA.
[Cambodia] The Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI)

The Cambodia Development Resource Institute is an independent Cambodian development policy research institute. CDRI's vision is for a peaceful, prosperous and more equitable Cambodia that has made significant progress in sustainable socio-economic development and poverty reduction. KEDI and CDRI signed an MoU in 2015 to fostering the development of a cooperative relationship.

The University of Alberta has had the vision to be one of the world’s great universities for the public good since its inception. To inspire the human spirit through outstanding achievements in learning, discovery, and citizenship in a creative community, building one of the world’s great universities for the public good. An MoU was established between KEDI and the University of Alberta in 2011.
[China] Beijing Normal University

Beijing Normal University is one of the oldest universities in China. It functions under the national government and carries out the vision of educating minds for greater functioning and progression. Beijing Normal University puts its great efforts to exchange and cooperate with national, regional, and international educational institutions. MoU was firstly signed in 2002 and renewed in 2010.
[China] National Institute of Education Sciences (NIES)

The National Institute of Education Sciences (NIES), former The China National Institute for Educational Research (CNIER), is a research branch of the Ministry of Education, the People's Republic of China, and the only national-level comprehensive education research institution in China. For over 70 years since its establishment, the NIES has strived to contribute to education reform and development in China by advising on policy-making processes, advancing theoretical innovation and guiding local practice. KEDI and the NIES firstly signed an MoU in 2010 and it renewed in 2014.
[Colombia] The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Colombia

The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Colombia is the national executive ministry of the government of Colombia responsible for the educational policy making as well as to regulate and establish the criteria and qualitative technical parameters in order to improve access, quality and equity of education, at all levels. KEDI signed an MoU with the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Colombia in 2015.
[Hong Kong, China] The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK)

The Education University of Hong Kong is a publicly-funded institution dedicated to the advancement of teaching and learning, through diverse academic and research programs on teacher education, complementary social sciences and humanities disciplines. KEDI’s connection with the HKIED has been established since 2000 and the MoU was renewed in 2006.
[Japan] National Institute for Educational Policy Research (NIER)

National Institute for Educational Policy Research gathers necessary survey data and conducts research for education policy in Japan. KEDI signed an MoU with NIER in 2006.
[New Zealand] The Education Review Office (ERO)

The Education Review Office is the government department that evaluates and reports on the education and care of students in schools and early childhood services. An MoU was established between KEDI and the ERO in 2000.
The Organization of IBERO-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI)

The Organization of IBERO-American States for Education, Science and Culture is an international governmental organization that fosters cooperation among Ibero-American countries in the fields of education, science, technology and culture within the context of integral development, democracy and regional integration. As KEDI and the OEI signed an MoU in 2013, they agree to establish cooperative relationship for educational development and research activities at the national, regional and international level.
[Russia] Russian Academy of Education

Russian Academy of Education is one of the national research institutes in Russia, which is governed under Ministry of Education in Russia; it mainly conducts studies on various education related issues as well as teacher training. KEDI currently has an MoU with Russian Academy of Education and has collaborated since 2007.
[Singapore] National Institute of Education (NIE)

The National Institute of Education, Singapore is the only national teacher education institute in Singapore. NIE shapes curriculum and management practices in teaching. KEDI and NIE signed an MoU in 2009.
[Sweden] Institute of International Education (IIE), Stockholm University

Institute of International Education of Stockholm University specializes in international and comparative education, contributing to multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary research and training of education scholars. KEDI signed an MoU with IIE in 2010.
[Thailand] Office of the National Education Commission (ONEC)

Office of the National Education Commission, former Office of the Education Council is administered under the Thailand Ministry of Education. The council’s main goal is to promote education planning and policy of the nation. In 1998, KEDI signed an MOU with ONEC and has been maintaining close partnerships up to the present.
Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO)

The Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization is an international organization established in 1965 among governments of Southeast Asian countries to promote regional cooperation in education, science and culture in Southeast Asia. KEDI signed an MoU with SEAMEO in 2015.
[Thailand] Srinakharinwirot University (SU)

Srinakharinwirot University is a government sponsored university located in Bangkok. It was established in 1949. KEDI and SU initially signed an MoU in 2005 and renewed their agreement in November, 2007.
[USA] National Center for Research on Evaluation, Standards, & Student Testing
(CRESST)

The National Center for Research on Evaluation, Standards, and Student Testing conducts research that improves assessment, evaluation, technology, and learning. KEDI has signed an MoU with CRESST and has collaborated since 2007.

Since its founding in 1867, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign has earned a reputation as a world-class leader in research, teaching, and public engagement. An MoU between KEDI and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign was established in 2012.
United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)

UNESCO Paris is involved with safeguarding the cultures, people groups, and well-being of the world through the promotion of the Millennium Development Goals. KEDI signed a working arrangement with UNESCO in 1995 and agreed on the Addendum represented by UNESCO Bangkok office in 2010.
[Vietnam] The Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences (VNIES)

The Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences establishes foundations for the development of a modern and national identity-based education, contributing to the resolution of problems encountered in the country’s educational practice in the context of industrialization, modernization and international integration. An MoU with the VNIES was signed in 2009.
