OECD is an international economic organization which promotes world economic development and world trade through sustainable initiatives, projects, research, and cooperation with its 33 member countries. KEDI has held several joint seminars with education divisions of OECD in the areas of higher education, PISA, and linguistics.
UNESCO Beijing Office

UNESCO Beijing serves the East Asian sub region including the People’s Republic of China, Mongolia, and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), and has focused its efforts on attaining the objectives set in the Education for All policy initiative. KEDI arranged a joint training program with UNESCO Beijing in 2003.
UNESCO Bangkok Office

UNESCO Bangkok is the Asia-Pacific Regional Bureau for Education and Cluster Office for the six “Mekong” countries, Thailand, Myanmar, Lao PDR, and Singapore, and indirectly through UNESCO country Offices in Hanoi and Phnom Penh. It is attuned to issues of literacy, early childhood education, and the development of human rights in tandem to education. Beginning with the KEDI-UNESCO Bangkok Joint Seminar on the “Educational Planning and Management” in 2000, KEDI has co-hosted seminar with UNESCO Bangkok every year on various education-related topics.

UNESCO IIEP has integrated research and resources to develop expertise in the areas of quality education, capacity development and educational planning.
United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)

UNESCO Paris is involved with safeguarding the cultures, people groups, and well-being of the world through the promotion of the Millennium Development Goals. KEDI signed a working arrangement with UNESCO in 1995 and established a working arrangement addendum in 2010.

The World Bank is a development institution which supports countries through monetary provision and advice to developing nations. The World Bank is also responsible for providing sufficient educational support for millions of children in need throughout the world.
