As a national research and development institute specializing in educational issues, KEDI conducts various research projects with an emphasis on the following nine core research programs in 2003. KEDI also produces occasional research reports on current educational issues when there is a request from any commissioning organization. Annually, the number of commissioned research projects reaches around 40-50.
